In a significant boost for Team Nigeria’s Paralympic aspirations, Kunle Soname, the Chairman of Remo Stars Football Club, has generously donated N25 million to the team’s preparations for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

This substantial contribution was made to the Paralympics Committee Nigeria (PCN) to ensure that the athletes are well-prepared and supported as they head into the prestigious international tournament.
Team Nigeria is set to compete in four events: table tennis, badminton, athletics, and powerlifting, with the games scheduled to run from August 28 to September 10 in Paris. The donation by Soname, who was also honoured as the patron of PCN, underscores his commitment to nurturing and promoting the talents of special athletes.

He expressed his continued support for the athletes and his optimism for their performance at the upcoming games.
The leadership of PCN has reciprocated this sentiment, praising Soname for his unwavering support and acknowledging the positive impact of his contribution.
