Former Green Eagles star Paul Okoku has described the Super Eagles performance against Indomitable Lions of Cameroon at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) as extraordinary.
The Eagles beat Cameroon 2-0 in the round of 16 to set up a quarterfinal clash against Angola on Friday, February 2.

A delighted Okoku singled out Victor Osimhen for his display.
“An extraordinary performance by the Super Eagles today against Cameroon in the ongoing AFCON tournament in Côte d’Ivoire! It was a collective effort, a well-deserved victory.

“Victor Osimhen’s individual brilliance proved pivotal, covering every blade of the grass in a magnificent display.
